Will Writing
A Will is one of the most important things you will ever sign, for both you and your family.
Having a valid Will is the only way you can make sure everything you’ve worked hard for - your home, possessions, and money – gets passed on to the people you care about. Making a Will ensures that when you die, your estate is dealt with according to your wishes. With effective planning, a Will can also make sure your loved ones are also provided for in a tax-efficient way. If you do not make a Will, the law will divide your estate according to what is known as the rules of intestacy. These rules are very rigid and may not reflect what you’d like to happen to your wealth, or what is most tax-efficient.
